CHEF’S TIPS
For risotto, add one pack of PRIMORICCO® to the pot, with the rice. Add vegetable stock a little at a time and let it cook for about 15 min (or according to recipe). At the end of cooking time, let the risotto to cream into the pot closed for a few minutes. Then, garnish the plate with some flower petals.
For other preparations (with pasta, cereals, eggs), soak vegetables and edible flowers in a little hot water. Following your recipe, use PRIMORICCO® as you would with fresh veggies.
Each jar of PRIMORICCO® contains about 5 servings for condiment.
